Filipino Style Cheesy Garlic Shrimp Recipe Video

| Shrimp | 350 Gram, cleaned (without head but with shell) | |
| Cheddar cheese | 50 Gram, sliced | |
| Garlic clove | 6 Medium | |
| Ginger | 20 Gram, julienned | |
| Green onion | 50 Gram, thinly sliced (about 4 stems, separate the stem head and the leaves) | |
| Butter/Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (or to taste) | |
| Cracked black pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon (or to taste) |

Directions
1. Heat the cooking oil on a medium high flame.
2. Saute garlic, ginger and the white potion (head) of the green onions for 30 seconds.
3. Add the shrimp, cheese, salt and ground pepper. Stir until cheese melts and shrimp turns to orange.
SERVING
4. Serve the cheesy shrimp garnished with the leaves of the green onion before serving.
NOTE
The Other way of cooking is to melt the cheese first before adding the shrimp.
