| Mushrooms | 6 , sliced | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, sliced | |
| Apple, cored and sliced 1 | ||
| Basil Pinch | ||
| Oregano Pinch | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Curry powder 1 tsp.) | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch (Curry powder 1 tsp.) | |
| Tomato Paste | 2 Tablespoon (Curry powder 1 tsp.) | |
| Beef stock or consomme 1 cup | ||
| Red wine | 4 Ounce (Curry powder 1 tsp.) | |
Directions
Cut pork into 1/2"/1 cm slices and dredge lightly with flour.
Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan and cook pork for 3 minutes on each side.
Add onion, mushrooms, green pepper, apple and seasonings, then cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste and liquids, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley if you like, and serve with egg noodles.
