 Tomato Paste2 Tablespoon (Curry powder 1 tsp.)
 Beef stock or consomme 1 cup
 Red wine4 Ounce (Curry powder 1 tsp.)

Directions

Cut pork into 1/2"/1 cm slices and dredge lightly with flour.
Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan and cook pork for 3 minutes on each side.
Add onion, mushrooms, green pepper, apple and seasonings, then cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste and liquids, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley if you like, and serve with egg noodles.
