Filetti Di Sogliola Mandorle Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sole fillets 4 | ||
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Mushrooms, sliced 12 Juice of 2 lemons | ||
| White wine | 2 Ounce | |
| Almonds | 4 Ounce, sliced | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Heat two frying pans—one with oil, and one with butter.
Dredge sole in flour, salt and pepper, then cook in oil for 2 minutes each side.
Cook mushrooms in butter for 4 minutes, then add to the fish.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove fish and place on heated platter, then pour sauce on top.
Serve with wedges of lemon.
