Directions
1) Using a sharp knife, trim the beef and then wrap each bacon around the fillet
2) Fasten the ends with a toothpick
3) In a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the bananas
4) Add 4 tablespoons of boiling water, beet extract and some more butter and stir well
5) On a platter, arrange the beef and the banana
6) Drizzle in the beef extract over the beef when ready to serve
SERVING
7) Serve immediately
