1/4-1/2 cup very dry white wine
 
Lemon juice
 
Flour
 
Butter or margarine

Directions

Heat butter or margarine in a 325° electric skillet.
Flour fish and brown 5 minutes on each side.
Add lemon juice and wine.
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
