6 slices fillet steak (1 1/2 inches thick)
6 slices of bacon
Freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons (80 g) butter

Directions
1. Wrap a bacon slice around each fillet and fasten with a toothpick. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
