Fig-cooky Cream Recipe
Fig cooky cream is a fruity frozen dessert made with fig bar cookies and fruit cocktail along with lemon flaving vanilla and whipped cream. Simply prepared and chilled with cheryy trimmings, the fig coky cream is a simple and easy dessert to prepare.
Ingredients
14 fig-bar cookies, cut in fourths
1 No. 2 1/2 can (3 1/2 cups) fruit cocktail, drained
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pile into sherbets; chill.
Trim with maraschino cherries.
