Fig Nut Fool Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup/225 g dried figs | ||
| 2 Tbsps mm | ||
| Juice of 1/2 a lemon | ||
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup/100 g walnuts | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In the food processor chop the figs roughly and put with rum, lemon and 1/2 cup water.
2. Let it blend until smooth.
3. Beat the whipping cream until stiff.
4. Roast the walnuts on high heat for 4 minutes, rub the skins off and chop.
5. FINALIZING
6. Into the cream fold walnuts with the figs using a metal spoon.
