Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a food processor add the walnuts, brazil nuts, figs and dates. Process till it forms a dough like mixture.
2. Transfer into a pie pan and mold it with fingers. Place in a dehydrator for around 10 hours and later into the refrigerator for a few hours or till used.

MAKING
3. CREAM: In a blender add walnuts, maple syrup and water. Blend till it is smooth and appears like a cream.
4. Remove the tart crust from the fridge. Spread the cream, arrange the figs.

SERVING
5. In a serving plate, serve the tart garnished with honey and lavender essence.
