Fiesta Dip Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups home-cooked or canned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup low-sodium tomato juice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, halved
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Pinch of teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Place beans, tomato juice, onion, garlic, cumin, and cayenne in a food processor or blender and puree.
