Fiesta Sandwich Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups shredded sharp | ||
| American cheese (8 ounces) | ||
| 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Tomato sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ripe olives | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green chili peppers | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons sliced green onion | ||
| Vinegar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Dash | |
| 6 large hard rolls | ||
Directions
Combine cheese, hard-cooked eggs, tomato sauce, olives, chili peppers, green onion, vinegar, and garlic salt.
Slice tops off rolls; scoop out centers.
Fill rolls with cheese mixture; replace tops.
Wrap rolls in foil.
Heat at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with mixed pickles and additional ripe olives, if desired.
