Fiesta Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 of an 11-ounce can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons chopped canned green chili peppers
2 teaspoons Instant minced onion
1 7 3/4-ounce can salmon or 1 6 1/2-or 7-ounce can tuna, drained and broken into chunks
3/4 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
Directions
In a saucepan combine soup, milk, chili peppers, and onion.
Heat and stir till bubbly.
Stir in salmon or tuna and 1/2 cup of the corn chips.
Turn mixture into two 8-ounce individual casseroles.
Top with remaining tortilla chips.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° till heated through, about 30 minutes.
