|Scallion||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (use only the green part)|

1 In a blender jar, combine the chopped mango, papaya, cilantro and lemon juice.
2 Blend well until combined.
3 In a large bowl, place the lettuce and pour the blended dressing over it.
4 Top with the chopped mangoes and papayas (reserved for the topping)
5 Also add in the corn, tomatoes and scallion.
6 Serve at once.
