Ingredients

 Two 8-inch flour tortillas
 Ground beef1/2 pound
 Picante sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lettuce2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Tomato1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 2 tablespoons shredded
 Cheddar cheese
 Sour cream2 Tablespoon

Directions

Gently press tortillas into two 16-ounce round casseroles, allowing edges to extend above casseroles.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until edges are light brown, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
Carefully remove tortilla shells; cool.
Crumble ground beef into 24-ounce casserole.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) 2 minutes; stir.
Microwave uncovered until very little pink remains, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes longer; break up and drain.
Stir in picante sauce.
Layer lettuce and tomato in tortilla shells on plates.
Spoon beef mixture over tomato.
Top salad with cheese and sour cream
