Fiesta Corn Salsa Recipe
|Corn||1 Cup (16 tbs), lightly cooked (2 Ears)|
|Ripe papaya||1 , peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/4-inch dice|
|Red onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely diced|
|Ripe plum tomatoes||2 , seeded and finely diced|
|Garlic||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced|
|Lime zest||1 Tablespoon, finely grated|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cilantro leaves||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|

1. In a large bowl, put together all the ingredients except cilantro and mix gently.
