Ingredients

 Corn1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ripe papaya - 1, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/4-inch dice
 Red onion1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced
 Ripe plum tomatoes2
 Garlic1 1/2 Teaspoon, minced
 Lime zest1 Tablespoon, finely grated
 Lime juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cilantro leaves1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, put together all the ingredients except cilantro and mix gently.

FINALISING
2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it up to 2 hours.

SERVING
3. Toss cilantro in the mixture.
4. Serve chilled.
