Fiesta Corn Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Corn | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ripe papaya - 1, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/4-inch dice | ||
| Red onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced | |
| Ripe plum tomatoes | 2 | |
| Garlic | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Lime zest | 1 Tablespoon, finely grated | |
| Lime juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cilantro leaves | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, put together all the ingredients except cilantro and mix gently.
FINALISING
2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it up to 2 hours.
SERVING
3. Toss cilantro in the mixture.
4. Serve chilled.
