Fiesta Corn Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Red kidney beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Whole kernel corn package | 1 , frozen | |
| 1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded, chopped | ||
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Jalapeno pepper | 1 To taste, minced | |
| 1/4 cup HEINZ® Chili Sauce | ||
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons HEINZ® Apple Cider Vinegar | ||
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
In large bowl, combine beans, corn, tomato, green onions and jalapeno pepper.
In small bowl, whisk together chili sauce and remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves; pour over bean mixture and stir to coat.
Refrigerate.
