Ingredients

 Ground beef1 pound
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 KIKKOMAN Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Green beans package1 , frozen
 Rice1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked

Directions

MAKING
1. Heat a large skillet and sauté the beef to render fat.
2. Add the onion and garlic to the beef and sauté together until the beef it browned and the onions and garlic are soft.
3. Tip in the tomatoes and stir in the soy sauce, pepper, beans and rice. Sauté to blend flavors.
4. Pour in the water and bring to a boil, stirring to prevent the rice from sticking.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan and simmer until the rice is cooked.

SERVING
6. Turn into a casserole dish and serve hot.
