Fiery Hot Chile Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Dried hot red chilies- 8-10, preferably guajillo or chipotle | ||
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 6 Clove (5gm) | |
| Ground coriander | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Caraway | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. First, stem and seed the chilies and break into pieces, also rinse under cold water and set aside for 5 minutes
MAKING
2. In a food processor, blend all the ingredients to paste, also add water with on/off turns, make sure that some texture should remain
SERVING
3. Serve with chicken nuggets, steak

Fiery Hot Chile Sauce can be prepared a week ahead and covered and refrigerated, also add thin with water if necessary before using
