Fiery Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
5 pounds chicken wings
Fiery sauce
Directions
Rinse chicken wings and pat dry.
Cut apart at joints; reserve wing tips for other uses.
Line 2 baking pans, each 10 by 15 inches, with heavy foil.
Evenly divide wing pieces between pans.
In a 400° oven, bake wings uncovered; every 10 minutes, gently stir wings to loosen them from foil.
When wings are golden, about 40 minutes total, pour sauce over them and turn to coat evenly.
Continue to bake until sauce is bubbling and edges of wings are lightly browned, about 30 minutes longer; turn wings once or twice.
Eat hot, or let cool and serve at room temperature.
