1/2 cup catsup
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
Use as a basting sauce for pork chops or chicken during cooking.
