 Salad greens2 Bag (1kg)
 Red bell pepper1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup diagonally sliced snow pea pods
 1/3 cup diagonally sliced green onions
 Pine nuts2 Tablespoon, toasted
 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
 Apple Juice3 Tablespoon
 Rice vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Sweet rice1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
 Ginger root1 Teaspoon, minced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine soy sauce and remaining 6 ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave at HIGH 90 seconds, and stir mixture well.
Pour dressing over salad, tossing gently to coat.
