Fiddleheads With Wild Garlic Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups fiddlehead greens
2 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 wild garlic cloves, chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch fiddlehead greens 1 minute or so.
Drain.
Set aside.
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Cook garlic and wild garlic 1 minute.
Add fiddlehead greens.
Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
Continue cooking 2 minutes.
