Fiddlehead Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. fiddleheads cut into 1 "pieces | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Boil fiddlehead pieces in 2 cups water 10 minutes.
Drain well.
Saute garlic in hot oil until golden in color.
Add fiddleheads to oil and saute 5 minutes, stirring.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with cheese.
