2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
1/4 tsp (1 ml) Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tsp (5 ml) chives, chopped
Garnish
4 spinach leaves
1/4 cup (60 ml) grated carrots
Directions
