 1/4 lb. fiddleheads, cut into V pieces
 Cooked chicken2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 1/2 cup potatoes, cooked and cubed
 1/2 cup beets, cooked and diced
 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 1/2 cup sweet gerkins, chopped
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 Tbsp. sweet gerkin juice
 Mustard1/2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Celery salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine fiddleheads with chicken, potatoes, beets, eggs, onion and pickles.
Mix mayonnaise with remaining ingredients.
Stir into chicken-vegetable mixture.
Chill and serve on bed of lettuce.
