Fettucine Con Frutti Di Mare Recipe

Ingredients
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion, sliced thin 1 | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Crab or lobster meat 4 oz. | ||
| Baby shrimp | 4 Ounce | |
| Cuttlefish or squid, cooked and sliced 4 oz. | ||
| Baby clams, cooked 12 | ||
| Tomato, peeled and chopped 1 | ||
| Tomato Paste | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White wine | 4 Ounce | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Fettucine, cooked and drained 1 lb. | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Chili peppers Pinch | ||
Directions
Heat oil and butter in a frying pan and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add fish and cook 5 minutes.
Add tomato, tomato paste, wine, salt, and pepper, and simmer 12 minutes.
Toss sauce with cooked fettucine, and serve with parsley, grated cheese and chili peppers on top.
