Ingredients

 Oil4 Tablespoon
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Onion, sliced thin 1
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Crab or lobster meat 4 oz.
 Baby shrimp4 Ounce
 Cuttlefish or squid, cooked and sliced 4 oz.
 Baby clams, cooked 12
 Tomato, peeled and chopped 1
 Tomato Paste2 Tablespoon
 White wine4 Ounce
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Pinch
 Fettucine, cooked and drained 1 lb.
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated
 Chili peppers Pinch

Directions

Heat oil and butter in a frying pan and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add fish and cook 5 minutes.
Add tomato, tomato paste, wine, salt, and pepper, and simmer 12 minutes.
Toss sauce with cooked fettucine, and serve with parsley, grated cheese and chili peppers on top.
