 Florets from 1/2 head broccoli
 Cream cheese8 Ounce, cubed
 Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Margarine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 20 to 25 medium shrimp, peeled, cooked
 6 ounces fettuccini, cooked, drained

Directions

Combine the broccoli and a small amount of water in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on High, covered, for 4 minutes; drain.
Combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk and margarine in a large saucepan over low heat.
Cook until melted and smooth, stirring frequently.
Add the broccoli, shrimp and fettuccini; toss to combine.
