Fettuccine Shrimp Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients
| Florets from 1/2 head broccoli | ||
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce, cubed | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 20 to 25 medium shrimp, peeled, cooked | ||
| 6 ounces fettuccini, cooked, drained | ||
Directions
Combine the broccoli and a small amount of water in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on High, covered, for 4 minutes; drain.
Combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk and margarine in a large saucepan over low heat.
Cook until melted and smooth, stirring frequently.
Add the broccoli, shrimp and fettuccini; toss to combine.
