Fettuccine And Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients

| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
| Broccoli package | 1 , chopped (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
| Canned condensed chicken or beef broth - 1/2 cup , undiluted | ||
| Dried basil leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
Directions
MAKING
1 As per the package directions, cook the noodles. Drain.
2 In amedium skillet, heat oil and saute garlic and thawed drained broccoli, stirring for 5 minutes.
3 Mix in the chicken broth, basil, parsley, Parmesan, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
4 Stir for about 2 minutes over low heat, until blended.
5 Toss the broccoli mixture with noodles.
SERVING
6 Transfer to a heated serving dish.
