Fettuccine With Blue Cheese Sauce Recipe

This fettucine recipe with blue cheese sauce is made with fettucine pasta cooked with white wine and blue cheese. Prepared with butter, onion and cheese cooked together and stirred with added cream wine and walnuts with parsley, the fettucine is served hot with the sauce poured over it. Ingredients

 Fettuccine250 Gram
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Medium, diced
 125 g blue vein cheese
 Cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Walnuts2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Dry white wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Directions

Place fettuccine in large container; cover with hot water.
Cook for 10-12 minutes on HIGH or until tender.
Drain.
Combine butter, onion and cheese; cook for 2 minutes on HIGH or until cheese melts.
Gradually stir in cream, walnuts, wine 4- Cook for 2 minuutes o n high stirring twice during cooking stir in parsley
Pour sauce over fettuccine.
Serve hot
