Ingredients

 500 g / 1 lb mixed colored fettuccine
 Spicy seafood sauce
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Onion1 , sliced
 Pepper red1 To taste, diced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 1 red chili, seeded and finely chopped
 Ground cumin1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground coriander1/2 Teaspoon
 450 g / 15 oz canned tomatoes, undrained and mashed
 Dry white wine3 Tablespoon
 Tomato Paste1 Tablespoon
 125 g / 4 oz squid rings
 125 g / 4 oz mussels, scrubbed and beards removed
 500 g / 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
 Coriander4 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
2. To make sauce, heat oil in a saucepan. Cook onion, pepper, garlic, chili, cumin and coriander until onion softens. Add tomatoes, wine and tomato paste. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes longer, or until sauce reduces and thickens.
3. Add squid and cook for 5 minutes or until just tender. Add mussels and shrimp and cook for 4-5 minutes. Mix in 2 tablespoons coriander. Pour sauce over pasta and serve garnished with remaining coriander.
