Fettuccine With Scallops And Smoked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
3/4 lb. fettuccine (or green pasta if possible)
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. scallops
2 tbsp. crushed garlic
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 cup mixture of Parmesan and Romano cheese (or all Parmesan if desired)
4 oz. smoked salmon,chopped
Directions
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large skillet.
Saute in pan for approx 2 minutes, or just until scallops are barely cooked.
Add to above and bring to a boil.
Turn heat off.
Do not overcook scallops.
Add to above, mix well, and add pasta.
Toss and serve.
