Ingredients

 Fettuccine1/2 Pound
 6 oz. skinned and diced medium spiced Italian sausage
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Teaspoon, chopped
 White wine1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Italian tomatoes12 Ounce, diced
 Chopped basil leaves10
 Parmesan and romano cheese1 Tablespoon, grated
 Mozzarella cheese4 Ounce, finley diced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cook in boiling water until firm to the bite (al dente).
Drain and set aside.
Cook until done in a fry pan.
Set aside.
Heat in large saucepan and cook garlic until lightly browned.
Add ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add along with cooked sausage to tomato mixture.
Toss with fettuccine until well-mixed.
Pour into serving bowl.
Add to fettuccine, toss lightly, and serve.
