Ingredients

 
3/4 lb. Fettuccine
 
2 tbsp. olive oil
 
4 oz. chopped bacon (preferably Italian pancetta)
 
2/3 cup chopped broccoli
 
2/3 cup chopped mushrooms
 
2/3 cup chopped tomatoes
 
1/3 cup chopped carrots
 
1 cup heavy cream
 
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
 
1 tbsp. butter
 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Saute until bacon becomes crispy, approx 5 minutes.
Add and saute for approx 5 minutes.
Add and stir into a creamy sauce, about 2 minutes.
Add pasta, toss, and serve.
