Fettuccine With Artichokes Recipe

3/4 lb. Fettuccine
 
1/4 cup butter
 
2 garlic cloves, crushed
 
1 (14-oz.) can of artichoke hearts (drained and quartered)
 
1/4 cup white wine
 
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large skillet.
Saute" until light brown.
Add and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add and cook on medium heat until cream begins to bubble, approx.3 minutes.
Add along with pasta to above and toss.
Add and toss until cheese has melted.
