Ingredients

 Water3 Quart
 Fettuccine package1 , uncooked
 Evaporated milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs), skimmed
 Broccoli flowerets1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Olive oil1 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Dried basil1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Diced tomato1/2 Cup (16 tbs), unpeeled

Directions

Bring 3 quarts water to a boil in a large saucepan; add pasta, and cook 7 minutes.
Drain well, and return to saucepan.
Add milk and next 8 ingredients; place over medium heat, and cook 7 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in tomato.
