Fettuccine Pesto Recipe
Ingredients
500g fettuccine
BASIL PESTO
100g fresh cheese, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
60g pine nuts
1 large bunch basil, leaves
Removed and stems discarded
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan.
Drain, set aside and keep warm.
To make pesto, place cheese, garlic, pine nuts and basil in a food processor or blender and process to finely chop.
With machine running, gradually add oil and continue processing to form a smooth paste.
