Ingredients

 
500g fettuccine
 
BASIL PESTO
 
100g fresh cheese, chopped
 
2 cloves garlic, crushed
 
60g pine nuts
 
1 large bunch basil, leaves
 
Removed and stems discarded
 
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan.
Drain, set aside and keep warm.
