Directions
In a shallow pan, melt and brown the butter, stirring constantly. Stir in the cream, mix well and add the cheese. Turn off the heat and blend the cheese well into the pan. Stir in the egg yolk and a pinch of nutmeg.
Drain the pasta and put into the prepared sauce, toss well into the cheesy sauce.
