Italian Style Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cut into pieces | |
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 pound medium-width egg noodles, cooked according to chart | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Combine butter and cream in a 1 1/2-quart glass mixing bowl or microwave-safe serving bowl. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture boils, stirring twice.
2. Stir hot cooked, drained noodles into butter-cream mixture. Toss. Add Parmesan cheese and toss again. Sprinkle on pepper and toss.
