Feta and Olive Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Feta cheese | 3 Ounce, crumbled | |
| 10 small Calamata olives, pitted and chopped | ||
| Basil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red pepper flakes | 1/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
| 4 1/2 ounces medium pasta shells, cooked, drained and rinsed | ||
| Red bell pepper | 1/2 Medium, diced | |
| Yellow bell pepper | 1/2 Medium, diced | |
Directions
1. In large serving bowl, combine feta cheese, olives, basil, olive oil and pepper flakes; set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Add pasta shells and red and yellow peppers to serving bowl; toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, until well chilled. Toss well before serving.
