3 cups cooked long grain rice, cooled
 
1 can light tuna fish, drained and flaked
 
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
 
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
 
1 1/2 teaspoons minced, fresh or frozen, chives
 
1/2 cup chopped celery
 
1 large pimiento, drained and chopped
 
1/2 cup mayonnaise
 
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
 
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
 
Dash salt and pepper
 
Paprika

Directions

Combine rice, tuna fish, eggs, relish, chives, celery, and pimiento.
In another bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour over rice mixture and toss.
Chill thoroughly.
