Ingredients

 Cooked chicken2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Pineapple chunks1 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Curry powder1/2 Teaspoon
 1 tablespoon pineapple juice or milk
 3/4 cup 100 % natural cereal pineapple shells or lettuce leaves

Directions

Combine all ingredients except cereal and garnish in large bowl; mix well.
Chill.
Just before serving, stir in cereal.
Serve in pineapple boats or on lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle with additional cereal and garnish with orange slices and strawberries, if desired.
