Festive Stuffed Dates Recipe
Festive stuffed dates are dessert dates stuffed with cream cheese. Fruited with orange peel for a lovely flavor, these pitted dates are filled with soft cream cheese for a total mix of hard and soft texture. Dusted with powdered sugar, these are light and elegant.
Ingredients
| Pitted dates | 1 box | |
| Cream cheese | 1 , softened | |
| Powdered sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon grated peel of 1 Orange | ||
Directions
Make slit in center of each date.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange peel.
Fill centers of dates with cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate.
Dust with additional powdered sugar just before serving, if desired.
