Ingredients

 Salami1/4 Pound, sliced
 1 paprika sausage, sliced
 Ham1/2 Pound, sliced
 Sausage1/4 Pound, sliced
 6 oz can pate de foie gras
 Beets6 Ounce, drained
 Red cabbage14 Ounce, pickled
 Hearts of palm14 Ounce, drained
 4 oz can pickled herrings in onion sauce
 7 oz can salmon, drained, with lemon slices
 10-12 gherkins, with lemon ring anrsley black and green olives
 Cooked1 Pound, washed
 Fluffy white rice mixed with walnuts
 Saffron Rice Salad mixed with raisins
 Tomatoes4 , washed
 Onions spring3 , trimmed
 Fennel1 Bunch (100gm), washed
 Bunch small radishes, washed
 White Salad Cream

Directions

Place each ingredient in individual covered plastic dishes and chill overnight.
At the picnic spot, open plastic dishes and arrange.
Sprinkle salad cream with chopped chives.
