Festive Picnic Spread Recipe

| Beets | 6 Ounce, drained | |
| Red cabbage | 14 Ounce, pickled | |
| Hearts of palm | 14 Ounce, drained | |
| 4 oz can pickled herrings in onion sauce | ||
| 7 oz can salmon, drained, with lemon slices | ||
| 10-12 gherkins, with lemon ring anrsley black and green olives | ||
| Cooked | 1 Pound, washed | |
| Fluffy white rice mixed with walnuts | ||
| Saffron Rice Salad mixed with raisins | ||
| Tomatoes | 4 , washed | |
| Onions spring | 3 , trimmed | |
| Fennel | 1 Bunch (100gm), washed | |
| Bunch small radishes, washed | ||

Directions
Place each ingredient in individual covered plastic dishes and chill overnight.
At the picnic spot, open plastic dishes and arrange.
Sprinkle salad cream with chopped chives.
