Festive Lime Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Crystallized ginger | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley minced | |
| Graham crackers | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Powdered sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Nutmeg - dash | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 325°Fahrenheit.
MAKING
2 In a bowl, combine the finely minced ginger, cracker crumbs and powdered sugar mix well so that the pieces of ginger will be evenly distributed throughout.
3 Blend in the melted butter; mixing well.
4 Into bottom and around sides of 9-inch pie plate, press the mixture.
5 Sprinkle with nutmeg.
6 Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
7 Allow to cool.
SERVING
8 Serve as desired.
