 2 pkgs. active dry yeast

 Semi-sweet chocolate package1
 Candied fruits1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange peel1 Teaspoon, grated
 Flour1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Citrus Glaze
 Powdered sugar1 Cup (16 tbs) (Citrus Glaze:)
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon, melted (Citrus Glaze:)
 Orange juice2 Tablespoon (Citrus Glaze:)

Directions

In a small saucepan, heat orange juice, milk and oil until very warm (120° to 130°F, 50° to 55°C).
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 cups flour, the sugar, salt and yeast Add warm milk mixture and egg.
Beat at low speed until moistened, then medium speed 3 minutes.
Stir in chocolate pieces, candied fruits, orange peel and enough flour to form a stiff batter.
Cover.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk, 45 to 60 minutes.
Generously grease a 10-inch fluted tube pan; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350° (175°C).
Stir down batter.
Spoon into prepared pan.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately remove from pan.
Cool slightly.-Prepare Citrus Glaze.
Spoon glaze over bread, letting excess drip down sides.
Citrus Glaze: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix-well.
