Festive Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 small head green cabbage, coarsely shredded | ||
| 1 small head red cabbage, coarsely shredded | ||
| Carrots | 3 , shredded | |
| Seedless green grapes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
| Peanuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, grapes, and peanuts.
Stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, honey, celery seed, and salt.
Pour over cabbage mixture; toss to mix.
Cover and chill till serving time.
