Fennel With Special Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Fennel | 2 Bunch (100gm), trimmed | |
| Olive oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 4 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Oregano | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley sprig | 3 , finely chopped | |
| Juice of 2 1/2 lemons | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Wash and clean the fennel; cut each stalk lengthwise into 6 sections.
To make dressing, blend together all ingredients except fennel.
