Ingredients

 Fennel2 Bunch (100gm), trimmed
 Olive oil1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon, grated
 Oregano1 Tablespoon
 Parsley sprig3 , finely chopped
 Juice of 2 1/2 lemons
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Wash and clean the fennel; cut each stalk lengthwise into 6 sections.
To make dressing, blend together all ingredients except fennel.
