Fennel Salad Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
| Fennel | 1 Bunch (100 gm) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Black pepper | 1 , freshly ground | |
| Red wine vinegar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Olive oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Watercress | 1 Bunch (100 gm) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Cut the tops off the fennel and trim the base. Rinse properly and then cut the fennel bulb into thin slices.
MAKING
2) In a small bowl, put pepper, vinegar and salt. Blend properly and add oil. Blend using a fork.
3) On individual plates, arrange the watercress and put sliced fennel on top. Spoon dressing all over.
SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
