 Fennel1 Bunch (100 gm)
 Salt To Taste
 Black pepper1 , freshly ground
 Red wine vinegar4 Teaspoon
 Olive oil6 Tablespoon
 Watercress1 Bunch (100 gm)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the tops off the fennel and trim the base. Rinse properly and then cut the fennel bulb into thin slices.

MAKING
2) In a small bowl, put pepper, vinegar and salt. Blend properly and add oil. Blend using a fork.
3) On individual plates, arrange the watercress and put sliced fennel on top. Spoon dressing all over.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
