Fennel Boulangere Recipe
Fennel Boulangere is my family favorite recipe. This Fennel Boulangere is easy to prepare when compared with others. Make sure you don't miss this one!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fennel, finely sliced
1/2 cup (125 ml) onion, finely sliced
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp (2 ml) thyme
1 cup (250 ml)chicken stock
4 tsp (20 ml) lemon juice
Directions
– Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
– In a bowl, combine fennel, onion, salt, pepper, and thyme and pour mixture into a baking dish. Pour chicken stock over mixture along with lemon juice and bake until liquid has completely evaporated.
