Fennel Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fennel, finely sliced
Salt and pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
1/4 cup (60 ml) hollan-daise sauce
1 tbsp (15 ml) Parmesan cheese
Directions
– Preheat oven to broil.
– In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch fennel for 5 minutes. Drain.
– Place in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, coat with hollandaise sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil to brown.
